PROCLAMATION NO. 1033

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 23 October 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of the Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-lli A Narvacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
