BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1034

DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2020, Thursday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 397" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
