EXTENDING UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1972, THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION

By order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, do hereby extend up to December 31, 1972, the national membership and educational fund campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association, authorized under Proclamation No. 963, dated February 4, 1972.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.
