PROCLAMATION NO. 1035

DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, on 13 November 2020, Friday, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro, will mark the celebration of its 83" Founding Anniversary and the 18'" PASAKA Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 13 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro.
