PROCLAMATION NO. 1035

DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Pihan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 74° Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pifhan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pihan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
