PROCLAMATION NO. 1036

DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 03 October 2025, Friday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of the Provincial Indigenous People’s Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Mountain Province be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 03 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
