BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1037

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED AT 2310 CHINO ROCES EXTENSION, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President.of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-207 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the MJ Corporate Plaza, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Three square meters and Seventy-Seven square decimeters (34,703.77), which stands on two parcels of land, located at 2310 Chino Roces Extension, Makati City, with an aggregate area of Four Thousand One (4,001) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan Psd-007602-028393-D, being a portion of Lot 1, [LRC] Pcs-5863, LRC Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Barangay of Magallanes, Makati City, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1-B with Perpetual Right of Way of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2-A, (LRC) Psd- 39617: on the NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Pasong Tamo Street (20.00 m. wide); and on the SE., along line 6-1 by Lot 2, (LRC) Pes-5863; on the Northwestern portion points 2,3,4 and 5, inclusive Perpetual Right of Way is provided.
