RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE OON MARIANO MARCOS ELF1'1ENrARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC IXX-1AIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school si te p~)ses of the Don Mariano Marcos Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and IOOre particularly described aEJ follows, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND (Block 37 of the Subdivision plan Ts-233-D) situated in the poblacion, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lapu-LapuStreet: on the E., along lines 2-3-4-6-7 by Road: on the S., along line 7-8 by Gen. V. Lim, Street: and on the W., along lines 8-9-10-11-12-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked "I" on the plan, being S. 68 deg. 51'W.: 2,126.33 m. from BLLM No.7, Sta. Cruz Cd-275. Thence...
