BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 104

DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Thursday, 8 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
