PROCLAMATION NO. 1040 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 273 DATED APRIL 23, 2000 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE ROOSEVELT PROTECTED LANDSCAPE BY SEGREGATING A PORION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR PUBLIC USE OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF DINALUPII:IAN, BATAAN Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do amend Proclamation No. 273 dated April 23, 2000 which established"'the Roosevelt Protected Landscape by segregating a portion of the land embraced therein containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND SEVENTY NINE (12,079) Square Meters located in Brgy. Roosevelt, Municipality of Dinalupihan, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, and declares the same as Civil Reservations for public use of the Local Government Unit of Dinalupihan, Bataan, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: - TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION "A PARCEL OF LAND, situated in Barangay Roosevelt, Municipality of Dinalupihan, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3 by Public Land; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6 by residential area; along line 6-1 by Barangay Road. The tract of land herein reserved shall automaticalry form part of the Roosevelt Protected Landscape in the event the Local Government of Dinalupihan ceased from utilizing the area.
