DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIAYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 17 June 2015, marks the celebration of the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 June 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte.
