PROCLAMATION NO. 1043

DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, will mark the celebration of its 438" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
