BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1046

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2020, Monday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 120'° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
