BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1046

DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAPUYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 16 October 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Lapuyan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 68" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lapuyan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 16 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lapuyan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
