MALACANANG l\1ani lao, ..BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1047 DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 17, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU WHEREAS, the City of Lapu-Lapu was created on Juneof Republic Act No. 3134; . 7, 1961 by virtue WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lapu- Lapu be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriateceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
