BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1047

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JUNE 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 16 June 2015, marks the 65'" founding anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 June 2015, asa special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
