BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1049

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 JUNE 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 18 June 2015, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 June 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur.
