MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 105 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MABINI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARAN GAY OF MABINI, MUNICIPALITY OF MALALAG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Mabini Elementary School under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Mabini, Municipality of Malalag, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 1393, pls-llOl A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 1393, Pls-11O1, Malalag Public Land Subdivision, situated in the Barangay of Mabini, Municipality of Malalag, -Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.
