DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 15, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALABAT, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Monday, May 15, 2006, marks the anniversary of the Municipality of Alabat, Province of Quezon; Foundation Day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Muniipality of Alabat, Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
