PROCLAMATION NO. 1051

DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2025, Tuesday, the Province of Quezon will commemorate the death anniversary of its local hero, Apolinario Dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to honor the heroism and patriotism of Hermano Puli through appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
