WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 23, 2006, marks the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaguefio and a patriot of libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Munidpality of Calaca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
