BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1052

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 1 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 1 July 2015, marks the 140! Foundation Day of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 1 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
