BY TH~ PRESIDNT OFTHHILIPPINES PR.OCLAMATION-NO.l054 DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 19, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY WHEREAS, Friday, May 19, 2006, the City of Butuan celebrates its annal fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Joseph; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 19, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Butuan City.
