MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1055 DECLARING TUESDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL WHEREAS, on 01 December 2020, Tuesday, the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its Sumb/.ngf;'A Festival; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. IVIEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 01 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
