PROCLAMATION NO. 1055

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JIABONG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Jiabong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar.
