PROCLAMATION NO. 1056
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)
WHEREAS, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) marks its 28" Foundation Day on Wednesday, 15 July 2015, with the theme “Conserving the Environment Towards a Greener Cordillera;”
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |,, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in CAR.
