BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.iDS7 DECLARING 'SATURDAY, JUNE 17, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR WHEREAS, Saturday, June 17, 2006, anniversary of the Province of Agusan del Sur; marks the Foundation Day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Agusan del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, June 17, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Agusan del Sur.
