WHEREAS, the Commission on May 22, 2006, to ratify the creation of t AI-Barka out of the municipality of Tipo Hadji Mohammad Ajul and Akbar out of t WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipalities of Tipo Tipo and Tuburan, Basilan ample time to exercise their right to vote, there is a need to declare May 22, 2006 as special (non-working) day. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, May 22, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipalities of Tipo Tipo and Tuburan, Basilan.
