BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 106

DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 January 2023, Tuesday, the City Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 83% Founding Anniversary and the Hinugyaw Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
