BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1060

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2020, Wednesday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 20 Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
