DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE P~OVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 15, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Occidental Mindoro; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 15, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Occidental Mindoro.
