BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1062

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 December 2020, Friday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, will mark the celebration of its 21St Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
