MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1o63 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY 0F SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMB0ANGA DEL NORTE WHEREAS, on 23 December 2020, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sindangan be given full opportiinity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
