PROCLAMATION NO, 1068

DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2025, Saturday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will celebrate the annual festival of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 22 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
