PROCLAMATION NO.1071

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 JANUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 15 January 2021, Friday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of the.26 Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

15 January 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna. —
