DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2021, Wednesday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of the 5" Kaisa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public — health measures; _

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 20 January 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
