BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1074

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Nabunturan” on Thursday, 23 July 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |!, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley.
