PROCLAMATION NO,1075

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Thursday, 23 July 2015, marks the Foundation Day of the City of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
