BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 108

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Friday, 23 December 2016, marks the celebration of the 16" Charter Day of the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental.
