BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1080

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2021, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2021, Wednesday, the City of Bifan, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 76" Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bihan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifan, Province of Laguna.
