DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 11 August 2015, the Province of Samar marks the celebration of SAMAR DAY:
WHEREAS, itis but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do
hereby declare Tuesday, 11 August 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Samar.
