DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2021, Wednesday, the City of Cabanatuan will mark the celebration of its 715t Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures; , =

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
