PROCLAMATION NO. 1081

DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on Friday, 05 December 2025, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the Kawayanan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 05 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
