BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1082

DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, 15 August 2015, marks the celebration of the Foundation Day of the Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do

hereby declare Saturday, 15 August 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
