DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Friday, October 3, 1997 marks the 102nd Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Imus be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, October 3, 1997 as a special day in the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of September in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
