NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROVO, do hereby declare Friday, June 23, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
