BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1084

DECLARING TUESDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2021, Tuesday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its 309" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures; . ‘

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 02 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.
