DECLARING THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER AS THE “PHILIPPINE FILM INDUSTRY MONTH”

THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

All government agencies and instrumentalities of the National Government,

including government-owned or -controlled corporations and state universities and colleges, are hereby directed, and all local government units, as well as the private sector, are hereby encouraged, to cooperate with the FDCP in promoting and implementing programs, campaigns and activities pursuant to this Proclamation.
