Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE-PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1086

DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 2006, marks the 37" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Pagadian;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, June 22, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian. —

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
