BY THE PReSIDENT OF TAE PHILIPPINES' PROCLAMATION NO. 1087 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PROPOSED BUILDING TO BE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY CALINDAGAN DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No.7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-122 dated 28 March 2006, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), a proposed building to be established on a parcel land located at Barangay Calindagan, Dumaguete City, Province of Negros Oriental, containing an area of Seven Thousand (7,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defjed by the following technical descriptions: Lot 1-A Psd-O7-065051 TCT No. 35752 A parcel of land (Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan, Psd-OO-O65051, being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-O7-004869, L.R.C. Record No. 144), situated in the Barrio ofCalindagan, City of Dumaguete, Island of Negros.
